Payment and Delivery

1) By Money Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

The information required for money transfer or online payment systems will be sent along with the invoice.

2) With a credit card on our site

Credit card payment option is not valid.

3) Refund of the Order Price 

In case of cancellation of the order for possible reasons; Esin Ertuvan Marinov Self Employment will refund the order price to your account and/or credit card within 20 working days. Furthermore, you must state your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to the financial authorities of our company. 

4) Delivery 

We make an effort to deliver the design(s) you have ordered to your e-mail address within the same week. For products that take time to deliver, the delivery time is 7 working days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delayed delivery. 

In order for the product design to be sent electronically without any delay, please submit your fully correct e-mail address to the authorized person of our company on the day you have placed the order.

Your requests will be processed according to the e-mail delivery type you have determined at the end of the order (google drive link, wetransfer or the file attached to the e-mail). Once your order is confirmed, they are delivered at the end of 7 (seven) working days at the earliest. 

You may get information about different types of delivery by consulting our customer representative. 

5) Payment Tracking 

If the transaction cannot be made in the system for any reason, the customer will be informed on this matter at the end of the payment page. 

In case of any error at the specified address, we get in connect with the customer regarding the non-delivery service.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by the customer is confirmed by the automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred. 

As well as to the customer, we have a responsibility to the bank, whose credit card system we use, for the realization of the delivery.

After the design order is received by the customer, it is accepted that the designer has fully done their duty.
